Serves 4 to 6.
3 cups fresh pomegranate juice
1/2 cup fresh
lemon juice
1 teaspoon orange blossom water
sugar to taste
a pinch of salt
seltzer or water, to taste, and
ice cubes
Combine everything in a blender, or mix well in a pitcher and serve with ice cubes.
