Ingredients:
* 4 peaches
* 100 g raspberries
* Ice cream
Instructions:
1. Wash the peaches and the raspberries
2. Cut the peaches in half along the length
3.
Remove the stone
4. Cut the peaches into bitesize chunks
5. Put into four bowls and add ice cream and the raspberries
6. Serve
Ideal for pregnant and breastfeeding mums, and children aged one year or over
Some people are allergic
to berries. If you or anyone in your family is allergic to them, try just peaches and ice cream instead.
